FIT Fourth Asian Translators' Forum

Paper submission reminder

Dear colleagues,

         The FIT Fourth Asian Translators’ Forum has been successfully concluded for a month. Many participants made inquiries through email about the publication of papers and the deadline for submission. I am writing to inform you that we shall have a group of experts to evaluate the papers. If accepted, the papers in English will be published by the Eastern Universities Press (Marshall Cavendish Academic) in Singapore and the papers in Chinese will be published by Foreign Languages Press in Beijing. However, all the papers will be included in Chinese Academic Journal (CD) by Electronic Journals Published House.

The deadline for submission of papers is by the end of February 2005. You will be provided with format very soon. Since a team of experts will be organized to select qualified papers for publication, I hope you will take your time to revise your papers and send them to fld@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn by the end of February in 2005.

In addition, we are collecting photos of the Forum. Any participants who have interesting and high-qualified pictures are welcome to submit them to the organizing committee. We shall occasionally put some photos and information concerning the forum and the publication on our homepage www.tsinghua-translation.org.cn.
